QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing all HR functions, setting the policies and develop & drive a solid Performance and Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Employee Branding strategy
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationship with employees and management teams
- Ensure integrated end to end HR services in the areas of talent acquisition, employee retention, learning & development, employee relations & performance management
- Execute best practice HR implementations and systems
- Meet external & internal recruitment targets in cooperation with the business line
- Provide guidance to business lines, workforce planning and also succession planning
- Career path design for employees
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in HR and having min 5 years as a HR Business Partner
- University Degree (Master Degree is a plus)
- Manufacturing and Industrial Relations experience (preferably FMCG sector)
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Solid experience as a HR Generalist in terms of HR functions (recruitment, performance etc)
- Relevant experience in global compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition programs management
- Fluent in English
