Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy and annual plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Lead recruitment efforts, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to professional development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legislation and regulations, including employment law, health and safety, and data protection.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the Medical Tourism sector is a definite advantage.
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
