QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy and annual plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to professional development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legislation and regulations, including employment law, health and safety, and data protection.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and diversity and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the Medical Tourism sector is a definite advantage.
  • Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
