Responsibilities:
- Assist in various aspects of the Human Resources department, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment and employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR Executive to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing necessary paperwork.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
