QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With more than 400 expert consultants in the Customer Experience and Support Center, it provides 24/7 application support services to hundreds of organizations on 5 continents.Collaborate with People & Culture team and other departments to understand business objectives and identify key metrics to measure success.

Responsibilities:

· Collect, clean, and analyze people-related data from various sources, including People systems, reports, employee surveys, and other relevant systems.

· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

· Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in HR data, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and performance metrics.

· Assist in the design and implementation of predictive analytics models to forecast future workforce trends and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.

· Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics and HR technology to continuously improve processes and methodologies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

· Conduct enhancing existing People systems and implementing new technologies to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.

· Participate in the development and testing of HR systems and tools, including system configurations, customizations, and integrations, to ensure they meet the needs of People & Culture and business stakeholders.

· Provide support and training to People & Culture users on system functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing usage of HR systems to maximize their effectiveness in supporting People & Culture processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field

· 1-3 years of experience in People analytics, data analysis, or a related field.

· Excellent command of English

· Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL.

· Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP) and other HR-related databases.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
