Pioneering the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all, Enerjisa Enerji provides service to 25 percent of Türkiye in electricity distribution and retail, which are the main fields of activities of the company. Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role


  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to analyze and assess organizational needs and workforce requests from different business units,
  • Active participation in significant transformational projects related to workforce management and organizational changes,
  • Compiling dynamic dashboard reports, spearheading actionable insights, and delivering comprehensive updates,
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and practices are implemented in accordance with the related strategy of Directorate,
  • Supporting departmental, regional and organizational initiatives as a change agent,
  • Leading the employee engagement survey process by designing employee engagement programs and initiatives as well as deploying the best practices,
  • Supporting the creation of a great workplace culture with all employees, coordinating all practices that will maintain a high level of employee engagement,
  • Utilizing strong analytical skills to conduct in-depth HR analytics, providing valuable insights for decision-making processes,
  • Supporting data-driven decision-making within HR functions by providing thorough analysis.


What we expect


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field,
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR functions,
  • Fluency in English (both verbal & written),
  • Advanced level of MS Office applications
  • Strong knowledge on HRIS, organizational design and transformation projects,
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills,
  • Solution-orientation, strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
