We have an exciting job opportunity for Diploma holders, preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, who have the passion and ambition to progress into management positions in the future within a global leader company.

This is a brand new role named Business Development Engineer that will be highly visible within Turkey organization. This individual will have a massive impact on the Sales & Marketing Teams with the opportunity to interact with global teams.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience, but fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply,
  • B2B industry and product knowledge,
  • Competence in CRM systems, digital marketing, prospecting tools, and product/industry knowledge is preferred,
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Must work effectively in a team environment, taking a collaborative approach,
  • Ability to build technical knowledge within sales leads,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Curiosity and a quick learner,
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :
  • Researching and identifying potential new customers, industry professionals, and explore new markets and applications for our products,
  • Combining your technical knowledge with communication and relationship building skills to support the technical development and engagement,
  • Building up customer relationships and provide expertise, by involving in responding to enquiries from customers,
  • Conducting customer profiling, present PowerPoints and showcase demo of company products to address to customer’s interest,
  • Qualifying inbound leads from online and offline channels and marketing campaigns (webinars, marketing events),
  • Directing new potential sales leads to the sales team,
  • Responding, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries,
  • Processing offers in the CRM and develop the related negotiations following all the required indications,
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards on CRM system, and on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
