Multinet Up began its activity in 1999 with the meal card solution that it developed to meet the lunch needs of office workers. In 2010, it became the subsidiary of the French Groupe Up in 2010. Today, Multinet Up is a group offering services in dozens of different areas. Through innovative technologies and payment solutions developed, we accelerate the growth of all our stakeholders by providing value-added services to institutions, affiliates, suppliers and consumers. Today, with the alternative payment methods and integrated solutions that we have introduced to the sector, we operate one of the largest closed-loop payment networks in Turkey.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Unit Manager to join our team with the following qualifications:
- BS/BA degree required, Business Administration & Economics or Industrial Engineering is a plus
- MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-oriented positions
- Good at communication and coordination, teamwork, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi- task and result and detail-oriented personality
- Knowledge in analysis as well as data management
- A good command of written and spoken English, French is a plus
Job Description
- Leading and supporting strategic business and product development initiatives assigned by the top management,
- Leading new business and product development projects with business lines and potential partners,
- Ensuring the coordination between the related business lines, technical product managers, UX/UI and software development teams throughout the projects, ,
- Ensuring that the projects are put into practice in line within the purpose of achieving the strategic targets and the product roadmaps,
- Supporting key digital transformation programs,
- Identifying opportunities for new business and product development, change management and process improvement,
- Conducting research and benchmark studies to better understand new customer needs, new trends, best practices within the main area of Multinet Up,
- Tracking the technology, digital developments, related sector trends, developing project ideas and collaboration suggestions that will contribute to saving and growth,
- Leading innovation management processes to boost ideation for new business models, services, and solutions,
- Preparing business models and financial feasibility studies for new business and product development projects.
