QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Alpplas Endustriyel Yatırımlar A.Ş. has founded in 1989 with the idea to supply the increasing demand for the White Good Industry on plastic part manufacturing facilities.

Currently, Alpplas is a 'System Supplier' of many global brands not only in White Goods Sector but also Automotive, Energy, Electricity. The company has 2 main core business which are plastic injection services and EMS and has 3 factories in Turkey.

Alpplas, which produces as a sub-industry company for different sectors besides white goods and automotive, is proud of being a reliable company that makes a difference in the market.

We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to work under the General Manager to carry out sales and marketing activities of our company's products and services in the domestic and international markets.

The main qualities we look for in candidates are;

• Having at least 10 years of active work experience in industrial organizations in a similar position, (Preferably Industrial/Electronics or Mechanical Engineer)

• Have an innovative vision regarding global sales strategies, policies and processes,

• Proactive, innovative and creative in creating Corporate Marketing and Business Development Strategies,

• Have the ability to analyze and manage the time, technical and cost elements of alternative business channels,

• Strong human relations and communication skills, able to communicate easily with different cultures,

• Combatant and ambitious in dynamic and challenging competitive conditions,

• Preferably familiar with the white goods and/or automotive industries,

• Preferably, who knows the main industry - auxiliary industry business processes and dynamics,

• Target and result oriented in developing new business channels,

• Able to think analytically, manage time well without missing details,

• Able to share knowledge and constantly learn, open and willing to improve themselves,

• High negotiation and persuasion skills,

• Fluent in English (writing/speaking),

• Having no restrictions on international / domestic travel and being able to drive actively,

• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
