Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dry cleaning business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our facilities, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations.
  • Hiring, training, and retaining staff.
  • Maintaining equipment in pristine condition and coordinating with service specialists for general maintenance, preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
  • Managing inventory levels and aligning with the procurement department accordingly for issuing Purchase Orders (PO) for Materials/Services/Sub-contracts and following up with management for approvals.
  • Improving/elevating sales volume through cooperation with management and marketing specialists.
  • Handling customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Preserving corporate identity through consistency in the quality of service offerings.
  • Initiating constant initiatives to raise operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Issuing weekly reports portraying operational and sales targets.
  • Analyzing weekly KPIs and reacting accordingly.
  • For promotions, benefits, and other personnel activities, a detailed report justifying the requested action is raised to management for decision-making as per company policy.
  • Maintaining the logistics flow of orders to and from customers by setting parameters to enhance drivers' routes.
  • Ensuring employees adhere to the morale code of conduct as per company policy.
  • Cooperating with the finance department to ensure accurate recordings.
  • Cooperating with the IT department to support activities such as enhancing POS system accuracy, website and app development, and other activities that require assistance.
  • The Employee will be responsible for any other matter/duty assigned to him/her by the Company. The Employee shall perform these duties under the Company policies and the procedures determined by the Company.
  • The Employee maintains relationships and communication with potential and new customers. The Employee is responsible for obtaining new customers.
  • The Employee undertakes to devote all of her/his working skills and opportunities solely to her/his duties in the Company.
