The home textiles and decoration products brand Madame Coco, founded in 2011 in Turkey, currently operates with more than 400 stores and 21 different countries. Madame Coco has more than hundred thousand square meters of sales area in 21 countries, the brand also connects with consumers through Madamecoco.com, its online store. Madame Coco brings modern lines into simple and elegant designs, offering a broad product range across multiple categories.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of International Trade, Business, or Economics from universities,
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail sector or FMCG,
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (Preferably bilingual in French or German),
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel),
  • Advanced planning and reporting skills,
  • Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach,
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a team player,
  • No travel restrictions for domestic and international travel,
  • Class B Driver's License (active driving required).


Job Description:

As an International Sales Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the achievement of sales and KPI targets for the assigned regions,
  • Organizing and monitoring the processes of newly opened stores abroad,
  • Identifying expansion regions, finding partners, conducting meetings, and performing feasibility studies, and presenting the results,
  • Providing orientation and on-the-job training for positions such as Store Managers and Sales Consultant in new country entries and store openings.
  • Conducting market analyses to identify suitable locations for new stores that align with the brand image and have high sales potential, and conducting feasibility studies for proposed store locations.
  • Developing sales policies in alignment with brand and marketing strategies and coordinating with the Marketing Department to plan and implement campaigns (sales, promotions, etc.).
  • Managing expense budgets for international stores within the Madame Coco network, ensuring budget realization, and controlling and auditing expenses.
  • Analyzing sales and profitability on a regional and store basis and reporting to senior management.
