We are looking for a “Sales and Customer Management Specialist” for our multinational client operating in production of steel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Sales Operations departments in a multinational company,
- Strong communication skills,
- Being self-motivated and having positive attitude with a high level of commitment and energy,
- Having a solution-oriented mindset and a helpful attitude,
- Proficiency in English.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends,
- Achieving quantitative profit targets as a team,
- Management of existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly,
- Developing strategic plans and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and profitability,
- Providing insights to department general manager based on market research and analysis or problems and issues,
- Inputting data into the SAP system regularly,
- Implementing best practices to inform business strategy and decision-making,
- Supporting business development efforts by identifying potential clients or partners and participating in presentations or meetings as needed.
