Head of Sales and Operations
Responsibilities:
- Leads and oversees the sales and operations departments, aligning their activities with overarching company objectives.
- Develops and implements robust sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Manages and refines sales processes encompassing lead generation, pipeline management, and customer acquisition to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Builds and sustains strong relationships with key customers and partners, maximizing business opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure integrated and successful execution of sales and operational strategies.
- Monitors and analyzes performance metrics for sales and operations, initiating improvements and strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Provides strong leadership to the sales and operations teams, promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, collaboration, and ongoing development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in sales and operations management, demonstrating success in revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with a record of motivating teams to exceed their objectives.
- Skilled in crafting and executing effective sales strategies and enhancing operational processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at influencing and building relationships with key stakeholders.
