Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduated from a reputable university,
- 2-4 years of related work experience in a corporate learning environment,
- Experience in learning management systems (Successfactors Learning module experience is a plus)
- Sound understanding of digital learning contents (Scorm, AICC, video contents, etc)
- Good knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Proficiency in MS Office programs,
- Good organizational skills,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills,
- No restriction for travel,
- No military obligation.
Job Description
- Using Success Factors learning module for training planning, recording and evaluation
- Managing learning and development programs and budget
- Development and implementation of learning curricula and functional learning programs
- Creating new learning and development approaches in accordance with organizational needs
- Learning provider management
- Creating learning reports using of both LMS (Success Factors) and other analytics tools, (Excel, power BI, etc.)
- Supporting other human resources projects where needed
