QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Yılmaden Holding, established in 2014, is the metals and mining division of Yıldırım Group of Companies, a fast-growing industrial conglomerate based in Istanbul, Turkey. At Yılmaden, we work together across all business units located in 8 different countries with one objective that is extracting the valuable minerals such as chromite from the ground and turn it into ferroalloys, chrome metals and chemicals.
We are looking for a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Talent Management
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Preferably familiar with OKR terminology
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Good at problem-solving and project management
- Able to learn and adapt quickly with a high level of energy
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willing to transform, change, and look for better solutions
Requirements
- Act as the CoE and be responsible for designing & developing HR processes and projects, such as performance management, talent management, organizational design & workforce planning, employee engagement, digital transformation and promotion processes
- Work on the development of innovative OD and development projects, initiatives for the development of the group's culture and values, management of change, employee engagement, leadership capability, and all employee development-related initiatives
- Contribute to identifying productivity opportunities by analyzing the organization and processes
- Prepare and update organization charts and organizational development procedures
- Take an active role in developing competency assessment strategies and improving the individual development planning process
- Execute yearly Integrated Talent Management cycle in accordance with group strategies
- Propose and design programs for building and improving two-way feedback culture across the organization
- Ensure that the performance management life-cycle is completed in an efficient and professional manner in line with the Global processes
- Lead the employee engagement survey process by designing employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Identify business and individual development needs by partnering with business leaders across the organization
- Define a learning strategy, programs and contents for the identified development needs
- Design innovative and creative learning & development projects by following sectoral and global trends
