QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Director to work in the head office of our company, which is the leader of its sector, in accordance with the qualifications and job description stated below.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
  • 20 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with 10 years in a leadership role,
  • Able to work in a team, knowledgeable, and willing to establish systems,
  • Strong communication skills, successful in interpersonal relationships,
  • Capable of systematic work and possessing advanced skills in job planning,
  • Knowledgeable about HR processes, employment laws, and industry trends,
  • Able to coach colleagues in the field,
  • High level of motivation,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Annual standard personnel planning and budget management,
  • Managing recruitment and termination processes in compliance with legal regulations,
  • Participating in competency and potential assessment processes within talent management and implementing development plans,
  • Providing mentorship to managers in goal-setting processes to design and enhance the effectiveness and scope of the performance management process,
  • Organizing motivational, social, and corporate events,
  • Supporting organizational development processes,
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with employees and managers to promote a positive work culture,
  • Planning and organizing internal communication activities aimed at increasing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention,
  • Providing strategic support to senior management on human resources issues and coaching department managers on team management,
  • Managing recruitment processes and ensuring the adaptation of new employees to the organization,
  • Assuming critical roles in Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and corporate social responsibility projects conducted throughout the company,
  • Developing employee experience projects for both field and office workers,
  • Managing performance evaluation, development planning, and training activities,
  • Identifying and taking necessary measures to reduce risks related to HR processes,
  • Managing and improving compensation and benefits processes,
  • Managing Occupational Health and Safety processes,
  • Preparation and monitoring of personnel budget studies,
  • Conducting processes related to Labor Law provisions,
  • Managing payroll and legal processes.
