Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful and fast growing Fragrance & Flavor company.
As a Human Resources Business Partner your role is to support all HR activies ensuring employee engagement.
MAIN TASKS :
- Assist all HR activities and operations, (recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management), working closely with HR Director
- Work on HR Projects and policies implementation,
- Execute recruitment process,
- Define measures for success and assess the effectiveness of all employer branding activities on candidate attraction and employee retention,
- Lead & support Employee Engagement strategies and programs,
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement,
- Plan and execute all internal engagement activities and events,
- Assist the implementation and execution of training initiatives across the organization
FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL:
- Bachelors or Masters degree of relevant universities
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong problem solving skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office
