QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Human Resources Associate’’ to be in our HQ Altuinizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively building candidate pipelines and managing the candidate experience throughout the sourcing process and strategies for active and future requisitions
  • Carrying out the necessary work to effectively complete organizational development processes such as promotion, transfer, and rotation.
  • Taking active role in other HR regular functions such as making organization charts, preparing, and updating job descriptions.
  • Support and take active role in the targeted HR projects,
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology.
  • Min 3 years of experience of multiple human resources disciplines preferably in recruitment, organizational development, career management etc.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Dynamic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking, planning and organization ability
