QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Advanced level of both written&spoken English,
- Having good command of MS Office programs,
- Having good knowledge of E-Learning systems is preferred.
- Team player,
- Have analytical and conceptual skills with a holistic perspective,
- Strong communication, representation and organizational skills,
- Reside on the Asian side.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To take training needs analysis, organization of training, budget follow-up and work to measure training efficiency,
- To carry out the operational processes of the trainings organized by Human Resources,
- To carry all e-learning processes on TalentLMS.
- Taking part in the execution of online education processes ,
- Reporting evaluation forms as a result of the trainings and recording the trainings,
- Taking part in the organization of social activities in the company,
- To take the orientation process for newly hired employees in our company,
- To monitoring of the HR social media accounts,
- To support the reporting and presentation of human resources processes and human resources projects.
