QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, automation engineering or a related area
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Teamwork prone, strong communication, follow-up, and conflict management
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Experience with communication protocols such as KNX, DALI, TCP/IP, Modbus, BACnet, G3-PLC is preferred
- Experience in KNX configuration or testing tools such as ETS, Manufacturer Tool or EITT is preferred
- Holding an ISTQB certification is a plus
- No obstacles for domestic and international travels
Job Description
- Following up new technologies and methods to be utilized in new products
- Conducting benchmarks and product analysis
- Contributing the definition of the technical design inputs together with development teams
- Definition of the functional behavior of the building automation products
- Planning and performing feature, integration, system, and product tests respect to the defined behavior
- If necessary/required supporting or taking the responsibility of testing automation activities
- Giving or preparing the product trainings related with the products in responsibilities
- Support to Promotional Tools: Reference Manuals, Product Leaflets, Catalogs, and Web Site
- Actively contributing to the agile development ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective)
