QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Analyze factory operations and effectively address gaps in procedures
- Monitor all processes in production (Procurement - Warehouse movements etc.)
- Implement and oversee cost systems to determine appropriate unit costs for products, allocate costs between management and production divisions, and categorize production costs into different categories
- Ensure accurate allocation of costs to products in a standard cost environment, monitor and report cost variances, conduct inventory valuation, and provide primary support to the operations team.
- Detailed analysis of cost elements (Materials - Labor - Depreciation and other production expenses. Supported by reports)
- Implement and monitor cost reduction plans
- Conduct analysis of variances between bid costs and actual costs
- Update detailed capacity for the factory and measure capacity utilization,
- Prepare profitability reporting (Factory level - Customer - Product - Sales order - Channel - Material Group)
- Prepare cash management reporting (Factory level - Customer-based)
- Prepare budgets (Expenses - Product cost - Investment expenditure)
- Monitor expenditure budgets
- Control incoming and outgoing goods transactions and consumption efficiency
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Graduated from universities with degrees in Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Finance, Statistics, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost Accounting
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (preferably energy, automotive, household appliances sectors)
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong numerical reasoning skills
- Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
- Inventory management; reporting and analysis skills.
- Strong reporting skills,
- Seeking team members with proficiency in speaking, understanding, and writing English at an advanced level.
