QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Min. 4 years experience and proven track record of sales to industry (B2B Channel),
  • Knowledge of industrial safety market is preferable,
  • Strong computer skills-MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) quote system software, CRM software, etc.,
  • Good command of English,
  • Strong Analytical and strategical thinking,
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills,
  • Passion for sales and enthusiasm for role and to be able to deliver exceptional customer service,
  • Self-driven, proactive approach with good ability to prioritize and work without close supervision,
  • Willingness to travel on a flexible schedule.

Job Description

  • Present and sell Dräger products and services to new & existing customers
  • Prepare action plans to monitor and prioritise
  • Create propositions for customers based upon value rather than cost
  • Follow-up on leads (coming from e.g., trade shows, marketing publications)
  • Ensure that the sales and profit targets are achieved
  • Channel Management
  • Update and validate all opportunities on CRM system
  • Ensure CRM funnel is managed and in line to achieve target
  • Monitor and prioritise upcoming tenders
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal Draeger teams to support customers projects
  • Work closely with marketing managers to identify and execute plans
  • The account manager will work closely with regional/global account managers to support key customers
  • Attend seminars, networking events, exhibitions, and workshops
  • Being consultative in your approach and ensure collaboration with colleagues to provide the best results
  • Building a strong network of contacts and develop relationships to satisfy the needs of both the customer and the business
