- Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences from reputable universities
- 1-2 years of work/internship experience
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written,
- Comfortable with giving presentations in English
- Excellent command of MS-Office tools,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills
- Good problem solving skills, creativity and multitasking problem solver
- Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology
- Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team
- Willingness and capable to take extra efforts and handle stress
- Strong sense of responsibility
- No travel restrictions

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and maintenance of daily/weekly/monthly/annual feeder schedules
- Maintenance of feeder network
- Modelling Feeder schedules, package flows
- Communicate changes in network with related parties
- Reporting of daily feeder network performance summary
- Responsible for KPIs
- Holiday, weekend, peak season, contingency planning
- Supports feeder operations in the implementation of new technologies, processes, procedures
- Provide adequate methods, planning, and technical training.
- Detailed cost analysis for planning and execution of cost iniatives
- Search for service/cost/safety/visibility improvement chances in tranportation activities
- Support on operational performance management
- Support on monthly performance management
