QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably graduated from engineering faculty,
- Safety Specialist (Level B),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry,
- Good Level of the English language
- Independent, talented and a good team player,
- Planning and coordination with team members,
- Problem solver,
- PDCA problem solving and conflict management,
- Preferably good knowledge of SAP,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) programs,
- Good communication skills,
- Flexible working hours, including night shifts on weekends and on demand.
- Living in Bandırma.
DESCRIPTION
- Conducting accident, near miss, unsafe conditions and behavior investigations,
- Performing the risk review,
- To carry out the basic HSE, including legal training and BRF standards education,
- Preparing HSE Campaigns / HSE Global Week,
- Reporting the accident to the authorities and keeping a record,
- Follow up and support the HSE committee meeting,
- Control of Third Parties/Contractors/visitors,
- Designing, controlling and evaluating the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment),
- Planning annual HSE work plan/Training Plan/Emergency Drills,
- Writing, reviewing and updating HSE policies and procedures,
- Carrying out HSE initiatives (solving key issues),
- Executing the behavioral control SPI,
- Performing a Legal Risk Assessment,
- Performing a Safety Walk in the Fields,
- Follow up on Emergency Drills,
- Responding to audits (ISO, Competent Authorities, Internal Audit),
- Analyzing projects according to HSE Change Management.
