QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead audits of Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Analyze audit findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and present them to relevant management levels, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate the initiation and follow-up of necessary corrective and preventive actions, ensuring prompt resolution of identified issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal regulations and company policies, keeping abreast of changes and updates in relevant legislation.
- Contribute to the development of a robust quality, environment, and health & safety culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- C class occupational safety specialist certificate (preferred).
- English language proficiency at a minimum intermediate level.
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, etc.), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001, etc.), and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001, etc.).
- Proficiency in auditing techniques and reporting, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Availability to travel.
