REQUIREMENTS
· University Graduation from Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Human Resources related fields.
· At least 2+ years of progressive work experience in relevant departments.
· Preferably with SAP&Successfactors experience.
· Preferably with SGK System experience and detailed payroll knowledge.
· Preferably good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law(4857) and Social Security (SGK) Legal issues..
· Preferably good level of English.
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
· Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal).
· Excellent employment lifecycle commitment for internal customers.
· Advanced problem-solving skills.
· Being a good team player.
· Living in Bandırma.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
· To make SSI employment notifications of the recruited.
· Successfactor- SAP data entry of recruits.
· Successfactor-SAP-Barcode integration tracking and control.
· Supporting follow-up and controls related to Digital Services.
· Data entry of Individual Life Insurances.
· System data entry and tracking of tax records of disabled employees.
· Correspondence of disabled personnel of İşkur.
· Approve permissions in the web permission portal.
· Make permission changes.
· Approval of health reports in the SGK system.
· To fulfill the wishes and demands of the employees.
