QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Supporting and developing all functional and operational processes in Human Resources processes (Onboarding, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Engagement).
- Supporting and managing the payroll process and conducting account reconciliations.
- Understanding the analytical needs of the HR Team.
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Ability to operate basic HR systems for data management and generate reports and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a university.
- Minimum 4 years of significant HR experience.
- Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and its applications.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a focus on details.
- Fluency in English with translation capability (verbal and written).
- Strong computer skills.
