Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reletad fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing Department and/or General Affairs Department
- SAP knowledge
- Good command of both written&spoken English
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Strong communication, presentation, reporting and organizational skills
- Problem solving approach
- Result and customer oriented
- Have driving licence (class B ), capability of driving , no travel restrictions
- No military obligation
- Willing to reside in Kocaeli, Istanbul ( Anatolian side ), Sakarya
Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of services, general supplies, indirect materials and spare parts.
- Actively communicate with the business stakeholders to ensure that their purchase requirements are met in a timely manner
- Perform all necessary procurement operations activities – vendor creation, purchase order process, shipment and delivery follow up and technical issue resolution
- Ensure up to date SAP for procurement transactions and master data
- Investigate opportunities for cost improvement, search for alternative sources.
- Create purchasing contracts and follow up contract compliance
- Participate in the process of supplier evaluation, selection and management
- Keep informed of market trends for purchasing process
- Keep all data relevant to purchasing department
- Prepare various reports for management
