FGT is a buying house, executing both operational and strategic purchasing for a garment retail chain.
We are currently seeking proactive Purchasing Specialists to join our procurement team and play a key role in executing our purchasing operations.
Job Description:
As a Purchasing Specialist , you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely procurement of goods .
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining order quantities and details from internal stakeholders.

- Placing orders with suppliers and ensuring accuracy in terms of specifications and quantities.

- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process.

- Monitoring order status and keeping stakeholders informed about the progress.

- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- English level: Good and upper

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience is preferred as purchasing specialist, junior merchandiser or in a similar role within a procurement or supply chain function.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Cloud Applications with procurement software or ERP systems.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
