PATIENT RELATIONS RESPONSIBLE
We are looking for a "Patient Relations Officer" to work domestically/abroad for our hospital that provides fully equipped VIP service.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- She/He will work in the VIP Department of our hospital,
- Fluent in English (reading, writing and understanding),
- Able to communicate effectively with patients and their relatives,
- Has problem solving ability,
- Having an understanding focused on patient satisfaction and service quality,
- Preferably, you have worked in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or hotel industry,
- Experience in telephone sales/marketing,
- Successful in human relations,
- Friendly, dynamic and presentable,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Arranging doctor appointments in line with customer complaints,
- Making phone calls to bring patients to our clinic and arranging examination appointments,
- To convey the results of the analysis,
- Dealing with hospital customers and assisting them in their transactions,
- Listening to patients' complaints and asking the right questions to define the problem,
- Taking the necessary actions for its solution,
- Personal follow-up of the actions taken,
- Conducting communication with the patient / patient's relative in accordance with the service culture,
- Ensuring that complaints are resolved and making the necessary reporting,
- Carrying out the Patient Rights process, (daily patient complaint-satisfaction meetings and making necessary reports,
- Trying to keep patient satisfaction at the highest level by understanding the psychology of the patient / patient relative
