QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Serving since 2018, Smile Hair Clinic is re-located to the financial district of East Istanbul and continues its operation in its 7-floor, elegantly designed, high–tech clinic building where a team of 100+ well-trained staff is working. The quality and excellence of hair transplantation operations depend on intensive training procedures. Every team member at Smile is well-trained and tested by True™ Philosophy success criteria.

We are looking for ‘Patient Experience Specialist’ to join our rapidly growing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant universities
  • Professional level English speaking, writing, reading and reading comprehension. Having a second language at the same level would be a plus.
  • Experience in Health Industry and/or International Patient Relations is a plus
  • Successful in human relations, strong communication skills, patiently able to answer all patients' questions.
  • Skilled in follow-up processes, planning and reporting
  • Successful in written and verbal communication
  • Able to work in an intense and dynamic working environment, with high motivation and smiling
  • Can work carefully and quickly, solution-oriented
  • Prone to teamwork
  • Able to act proactively in crisis and process management stages
  • Having good command of MS Office programs and using CRM program before is a plus



Job Description:

  • The relevant candidate will be responsible for the entire post-operative follow-up of the patient.
  • Sharing all relevant documents after the operation to the patient, giving detailed information about the process that awaits him after the operation.
  • Conducting, evaluating and reporting satisfaction surveys with patients
  • To ensure that the post-operative processes of the patients are satisfied and to request reviews from the patients through digital media
  • Following the post-operative processes of the patients closely and identifying the patients who need a second operation or different operations and invite them back to our clinic
  • Acquiring new reference patients by involving patients in collaborative processes
