Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 8+ years working experience in Human Resources and also minimum 3 years of team management experience (recruitment, on-boarding, performance, talent, career management)
- Fluently in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Employee engagement program management experience including planning, presentation, and implementation of successful programs.
- Solutions oriented mindset.
- Desire and ability to grow and develop skillsets for future growth and advancement.
- Knowledge of laws affecting human resources administration.
Job Description:
- Responsible for all employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, performance management, training & development, organizational development, talent management, internal communication, employer branding, compensation and benefits processes
- Executing workforce management activities that will contribute to the organization's strategies
- Working closely with managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects
- Partnering with all stakeholders to manage the tools, processes and communications involved in the design, preparation, and delivery of performance for managers and employees
- Ensuring and leading the development and implementation of human and culture projects
- Preparation and follow-up of annual Human & Culture budgets
- Ensuring that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
- Providing advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
