QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for a Finance and Tax Manager for our global business partner operating in the manufacturing sector.
- Ensuring that all accounting books and financial records of the company are managed in a timely and accurate manner,
- Fulfilling all legal and tax obligations of the company, ensuring that related reports and declarations are prepared accurately and on time,
- Managing cash flow planning and treasury operations,
- Monitoring and reporting of accounts receivables, managing customer credit risk process of the company,
- Managing month/year closing transactions in accordance with accounting principles and management reporting guidelines,
- Managing and coordinating the company's audit processes with the relevant audit firms.
- Managing proper internal control processes in the company.
- Developing systems and processes to improve efficiency. Leading ERP implementations for financial functions.
- Developing and empowering accounting team of the company,
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA, CPA, CMA certification a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of financial experience in similar positions, preferably in Retail, FMCG or consumer goods sectors
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Advance skills in Ms Office, knowledge in ERP systems preferable in Navision, SAP- BW, Microsoft Business Central.
- Strong analytical capabilities with passion for diligence and results.
- Excellent communication skills with ability for team work and cross functional tasks.
- Ability to create and improve processes and systems.
