FINANCE &ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

We are looking for a ' Finance& Administration Manager ' for our client who operates in industrial vehicles and equipments

QUALIFICATION

  • Bacheolors Degree obtained from related fields
  • Minumum 5 years of experience in finance &administration
  • Excellent commands in both verbal& written English
  • Strong leadership& management skills
  • Strong in IFRS reporting
  • Can-do attitude, ethical and hard-working

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Vendor/supplier and personnel payments including travel expenses, salaries, bonuses, and advance work payments. Additionally, handling other expenditures such as company vehicle fuel, taxes, and insurance premiums
  • Approving payroll-related matters from HQ, managing invoices and personnel expenses, maintaining records of incoming invoices by department and account for the accounting firm
  • Managing bank relationships, processing bank transfers, issuing invoices mainly to the HQ company for monthly services rendered, and computing monthly intercompany invoice amounts based on cost differentials and transfer pricing margins.
  • Drafting the annual software agreement for signing with HQ
  • Collaborating with outsourced accounting team and CPA to ensure compliance with local financial statutory and tax regulations
  • Overseeing month-end closing tasks, preparing month-end management reports, including financial statements, and supporting tables for HQ Controlling, and ensuring compliance with reporting guidelines
  • Conducting AC reporting in parallel with IFRS reporting
  • Setting monthly payroll parameters and conducting detailed payroll controls
  • Acting as the primary contact for HQ Controlling, HR, AC Turkey, and governmental institutions
  • Handling Ministry of Industry Capacity Report and Industry Registry Certificate applications biennially, as well as annual Ministry of Industry filings and performance reports
  • Compiling necessary documents such as activity and subsidiary reports for annual General Assembly Meetings
  • Coordinating VAT Return activities with the CPA firm
  • Supporting annual salary/compensation review process
  • Completing TUIK questionnaires
  • Managing all procurement activities, including leasing, and importing
  • Serving as the point of contact for IT-related matters
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and management reporting as required
  • Arranging transportation and accommodation for business travel needs
  • Handling visa documents and applications, as well as monitoring visa statuses and expiration dates
  • Managing personnel transportation matters and employee parking subscriptions
  • Handling correspondence, memos, and forms shipment via courier
  • Monitoring employee vacation, remote working, and sick days
  • Monitoring company vehicles’ mileage
  • Performing SHEQ and First-aid officer duties
  • Managing HR: LINK for entire hiring process
  • Handling new employee entry-exit processes and preparing employees’ exit timetables
  • Creating and updating personnel files
  • Providing documentation to engineering employees for customer site access
  • Assisting in developing employee procedures
  • Tracking and calculating employees’ overtime
  • Managing and maintaining company contracts
  • Providing monthly HQ reporting
  • Monitoring company health and life insurance policies
  • Handling company vehicle-related issues
  • Maintaining employee travel expense forms
  • Conducting notarial works and maintaining official company book
  • Managing company GSM lines and office supply need
  • Performing ad hoc duties such as foreign employees’ work permit renewals and branch openings/closures
