QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Mefar Pharmaceuticals, is the Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in Turkey and the neighboring region for sterile injectable products. We are looking for a 'Industrial Automation Supervisor' for our Technical Maintenance Directorate.
Qualifications
Graduated from Electrical or Electrical & Electronics, Electronic Engineering departments of Universities,
Having knowledge on Control Engineering,
At least 5 years of experience in plant Electrical/Electronic Maintenance & digital Electronics retrofitting projects (Industrial Automation applications),
Good knowledge of Siemens PLC programming and back-up processes,
Preferably having knowledge on Servomotor programming,
Hand-on experience on computing and automation processes. Especially, PLC and HMI Systems,
Familarity with CSV (Computer System Validation) application,
Experienced in troubleshooting and new machine installation process,
Preferably experienced in the pharmaceutical or food industry,
Good knowledge of Office programs,
Experienced in team management,
Problem solving and organization ability,
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Job Description
Having CSV conversion responsibility of whole pharma plant machinery,
Support the maintenance team for continuity of production activities in case of malfunction,
Planning & implementing improvement activities to comply with GMP-CSV rules and prevent possible breakdowns in facilities & machines,
Managing relations with third party compaines conducting projects to comply with GMP-CSV rules and to improve overall equipment efficiency,
Planning internal and external services and material purchasing activities related with CSV, maintenance and repair activities,
Determine investment, improvement and revisions for current and future periods for GMP-CSV compliance and industrial automation needs.
