We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) for customer service at leading cargo and logistics company in their industry.

Your new tasks:
- As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities include overseeing the development of projects, optimizing performance, and achieving traditional business objectives.
- Consistently monitor key performance indicators and control critical measures in day-to-day business operations.
- Assist in defining campaign scope, goals, and results, as well as creating associated tasks within a defined schedule.
- Assume responsibility for the economic success and commercial management of the operational area.
- Your creativity is essential in developing new concepts, including identifying optimization measures.
- Manage the projects on a daily basis based on risks and opportunities
- In collaboration with the other departments and necessary interest groups, you coordinate our customer requirements and develop measures together with our customers to continuously optimize procedures and processes
- Through your excellent leadership style, you retain your employees and promote a motivating working atmosphere.
What we expect:
- Excellent English skills (C1)
- Several years of experience in project management and customer support, as well as in personnel management and development
- Clear communication, result-oriented and empathetic
- High level of social skills and excellent communication skills
- High level of commitment and a self-confident appearance are expected, as is a strong “hands-on mentality”
