Job Description
- Collect information for Reporting
- Collect data from various data sources
- Collect assumptions from planning/scheduling
- Collect targets by program, etc.
- Validate and analyze input data
- Process data
- Utilize standard tools/templates/methodologies to create reports.
- Design reports which are analytical in nature, provide RCA & logical analysis.
- Design reports which call out deviation between actual & plan/target
- Design custom reports as per business needs.
- Validate data
- Create a mechanism for error checking (error%).
- Publish data
- Publish reports to different stakeholders
- Publish reports on a set frequency
Qualifications
- Knowledge of databases & SQL is required
- Any education background
- Certification in reporting tools preferred (Excel/SQL/Power BI etc.)
- Minimum B2 level of English
Tools and Applications
- Advanced level of MS Excel (including advanced formulas) and also Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- VBA macros is an asset, 6 VBA/Automation is preferred
- Experience with IEX, CMS, Avaya, Blue Pumpkin is an asset
