Qualifications,
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields,
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fashion design,
- Ability to make designs suitable to brand’s target customer group,
- Following fashion trends worldwide closely, experience in attending fashion fairs abroad,
- Improved leadership skills,
- Planning and organization skills,
- Good command of English,
- Proficiency in the use of such computer programs as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw,
- No obstacle to travel abroad.
Basic Functions,
- Attending fashion fairs abroad and doing trend research,
- Carrying out store visits and market analysis,
- Guiding design team in color palette creation process and leading in final decision process,
- Making suitable designs for our brand’s target customer group,
- Determining appropriate product ranges within collection,
- Cooperating with product management team about cost of designed products,
- Taking place in marketing events and processes such as catalogue and TV shootings.
