Job description
- Create calendars and develop content for internal and external events
- Support public relations activities at the local, regional and international level in accordance with the company's marketing objectives and communications strategy, and participate in the coordination process.
- Planning and organizing corporate events
- Be able to organize large-scale openings, project launches, festivals
- Master event processes such as decor, technical and operational management and monitor the process
- Prepare event and organization announcements and carry out the necessary processes for coordination with relevant departments.
- Managing the event process from beginning to end, ensuring smooth communication with the agencies and other business partners
- Ensuring that the sales and promotional presentations of the company's Real estate projects are up-to-date
- Regularly checking the website content of the Real estate projects and ensuring that they are up-to-date
- Conducting corporate meetings on various topics, reporting and completing the process
- Preparation of sponsorship, communication and presentation files
- Create and manage presentations and budgets as assigned, working in coordination with the Content and Design team
General Qualifications
· At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
· Experienced in organizing corporate events
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work in a team
· Possess planning and organizational skills
· Adapt to intense work schedule
· No travel restrictions
· Adaptable to flexible working hours
· Very good command of English
· Able to use effectively MS Office programs
