QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an “ Accounting Unit Manager ” for Borusan EnBW Energy.
The Accounting Unit Manager will be responsible for all accounting operations; Managing preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and TPL as well as supervising the team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Accounting Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Very good knowledge of Local Accounting, Tax Legislation, and IFRS
- Good knowledge of consolidation
- Very good command of English
- Certified with a CPA (SMMM) license
- Good command and knowledge of SAP
- Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge and experience.
- Experience in team management
- Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
· JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and oversee all accounting operations and processes.
- Ensure booking all transactions in SAP in compliance with local accounting principles, tax regulations and IFRS.
- Manage monthly closing activities and ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of the consolidated/stand-alone reports prepared in accordance with IFRS
- Ensure preparing and filing all tax returns on time
- Manage the process of preparation and submission of reports to EMRA and Central Bank of Republic of Turkey.
- Coordinate relations with external auditors, tax auditors and tax offices.
- Manage e-invoice, e-archive and e-ledger processes.
