QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Project Manager" to be assigned to our company's Project Management department, which produces wood & metal furniture in the luxury retail sector.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field; adequate experience in the project management environment
- Knowledge and ambition in Luxury Retail and Hospitality projects.
- Essential skills include leadership, strategic thinking, and a commercial focus.
- Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and superiors are a must.
- Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with a team.
- Strategic and analytic skills in risk management.
- Solution-oriented thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs; knowledge in MS Project, CAD, and ERP Programs.
- No travel limitations.
Responsibilities:
- Control and review project proposals.
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders and detailed work schedules.
- Oversee the production phase and provide progress reports to the brand (Hold weekly video calls with the brand).
- Monitor the project's cost; keep the cost within the budget.
- Coordinate and execute the site installation of the project.
- This position is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within the allocated budget and timeframe, overseeing all processes from start to handover.
