QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Borusan EnBW Energy JV is looking for “Assistant Project Manager (APM)” who work for Electrical Vehicles Charging Stations - Company Investment and Customer Projects.
In Borusan EnBW Energy, the EV APM occupies the second important position in a project after the project manager, so it is essential that the Project Management Office ensures the availability of the qualified APMs (as required by the approved resource plan of the company) and the development of their competences according to the Investment Project Management System and internationally accepted PM Standards such as IPMA (international Project Management Association).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Having BSc degree in Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years’ site experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Project Management Processes
- Knowledge or interest on EV Charge and Renewable (Solar and Wind) Energy and technology trends
- Knowledge of construction and constructability practices and principles
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, CAD Software (Autocad) and their use
- Completion of “IPMA D-Level” certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Strong teamwork capability within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Open to learn, ready to change, suitable our working culture
- Quality oriented, experienced in quality management
- Safety oriented
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solving
- Experience in designing and/or construction of EV Charge stations and renewable power plant infrastructure
- Ready to travel in Türkiye
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as an entrepreneur and leader of the project(s) assigned
- From the opening of the project to the closure, initiation of internal processes, generation and update of project documentation
- Visiting site(s) before preparing necessary plans and calculation, if necessary
- Budget calculations and cost control together with PM and CPM
- Planning project time schedule according to the targets
- Developing quality plans of project
- Developing risk calculations and mitigation plan
- Coordinate technical and commercial contract specification preparations, take tasks in the preparations, and contribute where necessary
- Coordinate technical and commercial offer evaluation, take tasks in the evaluation process, and contribute where necessary
- Participating contract negotiations and contribute where necessary
- Prepare necessary annexes of the contract
- Participate and contribute Environmental Impact Analysis (ÇED) for national standards and Environmental and Social Impact Analysis (ESIA) for international standards
- Active involvement in project related tasks in administrative processes for permits
- Cooperate with HSE department for project specific HSE plan
- Cooperate customization of Management Systems for project(s) assigned
- Visiting site during construction works
- Organizing progress meetings
