QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As an international consulting and engineering firm, we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Istanbul Office to join our Project Management Team.
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil/Structural Engineering from reputable universities.
· Master’s degree in project / Construction Management or project management certification.
· Minimum 2 years, up to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in design management.
· Experience in multi-disciplinary projects is a plus.
· Working knowledge of standard computer programmes.
· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
· Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges.
· Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
· Effective communication and presentation skills.
· Strong planning and organization skills.
· No travel restrictions (local & international).
· Have a driver’s license.
· For male candidates, military service must be completed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior leaders and project managers.
· Play an active role in management of multidisciplinary design teams, be in direct communication with the Client.
· Liaise with all project team for follow-up of actions and report back to seniors.
· Assist the project management activities within the group, including design management, programme management, commercial management and contract administration.
· Support the communication and coordination between the Client and the General Contractor.
