QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a “Quality Engineer” for our production facility in Gölcük.
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience especially in production and automotive company
- Experience in quality related to welding, metal forming and assembly processes.
- Having knowledge the quality systems such as ISO/IATF-16949 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC,MSA,8D)
- Broad understanding of technical drawings and GD&T
- Having experience with 3D measurement equipment and methods
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving techniques, analytical thinking skills, team player and result oriented
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Able to relocate to Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining test records, analyzing data, approving and reporting results
- Supporting/Leading PPAP, APQP,8D, SPC and Control Plan preparation activities
- Customer Quality activities in cooperation with Project Management
- Participating in 8D activities and executing
- Ensure that the products meet quality requirements
- Analyze, give feedback and start corrective actions based on measurement and test data
- Performing MSA studies and following corrective actions
- Knowlegde about IATF 16949
