JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a passionate candidate as a MPD Employee (Material Process and Delivery Optimization) who will directly work with our QA Teams in FATER Gebze Plant. In this role you will:
- Create/update GCAS in the Enovia System
- Create/update GCAS in the Enovia System
- Update Packaging Standards in the Enovia System
- Create/update GCAS in the SAP System
- Checks and approves Artwork (labels and cases) in new Initiatives in conjunction with R&D Packaging
- Checks Artwork of new Initiatives in the 1st delivery
- Follow up on correction/improvement plans with supplier for new initiatives.
- Provides quality training.
- Review/create One Doc documents.
- Qualifies new Suppliers and new Raw Material Pack Material: prepares and follows protocols, organizes validations, and summarizes results and plans in the final report.
- Quality equipment checks confirm equipment parameters vs standards.
- Unlocks materials and finished product in SAP.
- Holds periodic meetings with suppliers of packaging materials defined as critical.
- Prepares supplier scorecard and monitors results.
- Responsible for the MPD PDCA
