Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations,
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures,
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards,
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards,
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions,
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and best practices,
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality,
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements,
- Participate in the development and review of product specifications and quality standards,
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance,
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders,
