QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member as a " Project Planning and Cost Control Engineer" for our proven project management team to support clients in Turkey and abroad.
Qualifications:
- Must possess BSEng Engineering Degree.
- Must possess 5+ years preparation of project scheduling and reporting experience in an Oil/Gas and Petrochemical industry.
- Must possess knowledge on office and scheduling/cost control software applicable to the discipline.
- Advance English knowledge applicable to the discipline.
- Must possess Cost estimation and Cost control knowledge.
- Must possess effective and transparent communication, interdisciplinary coordination.
Job Description:
- To assist Engineering Group for the management of one or more multi-disciplinary projects.
- To coordinate disciplines for the preparation of Project Schedules, resource assignment and estimate project cost
- Define the Work Breakdown Structure based on the Project deliverables.
- Prepare and submit Project progress reports based on the information received from the disciplines. Report delayed activities and Project deliverables. Prepare recovery time schedules, if required.
- Report planned/actual deliverable duration, man-hours and costs based on the information received from the disciplines.
- Prepare progress payments based on the information received from the disciplines.
- Lead and monitor technical and commercial liabilities of Sub-contractors, evaluate progress payment reports and progress reports received from Sub-contractors.
- Monitor and report all invoices and progress payments by the lients.
- To monitor and report productivity of the disciplines.
- To prepare and review Project and/or company activity reports (technical or commercial).
- To prepare internal/external presentations.
- Working actively with Finance Department to monitor incoming/outgoing invoices.
- Support company policies and make suggestions to improve Employee Engagement.
- Define, record, share Project lessons learnt and take necessary precautions to avoid recurrence.
