GENMAR Sales Teams are in search of a highly qualified, dynamic and result oriented Project Sales and Contract Engineer with the mission to support sales and technical services teams in value creation for customers by developing, building and delivering innovative engineering solutions and managing project implementation processes seamlessly and professionally to achieve ultimate customer experience.

Experience
- Comprehensive experience in technical and commercial project management

At least 3 years of working experience in leading projects to design, produce and install industrial equipments and solutions in industries using automated processes

At least 3 years of working experience in preparing/reviewing sales contracts for large volume projects
Knowledge
- University degree in electronics/mechatronics or mechanical engineering
- Familiarity with PMBOK is an asset and have PMP Certificate
- Excellent technical aptitude
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Descent mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Implementation of industrial solutions
- 3D AutoCad&AutoCad Plant drawing programme

Reporting to Sales Manager, the Project Sales and Contract Engineer will be responsible for the following roles and duties:
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members.
Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met.
Quality Control: Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
- Supervising progress of development project.
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- Cooperating and communicating with the Project and Technical Services Manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
- Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
- Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
