QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Take and fulfill order management and service requests
- Answer customer inquiries; provide requested information or assistance concerning products/services
- Prepare notice of statements, send copies to customers; reconcile discrepancies in billing and issue reminder notices
- Record all transactions or queries for future references
- Communicate with customers to resolve order issues, service and sales topics
- Tracking of open and overdue balances in alignment with sales manager
- Support relevant sales managers during monthly sales planning and sales forecast periods
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years of experience on sales back office operations
- Very good command of English both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Proactive, dynamic, challenging team player with perfect communication skills even under stressfull environments,
- Preferably excellent reporting and presentation skills with a result-oriented approach,
- Analytical, creative and strategic minded with good follow-up capacity,
- Self motivated, initiative taking, customer oriented
- Military service must be completed (For male candidates)
- Preferably no travel restrictions
