QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Müşteri Hizmetleri Yöneticisi /Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities
“ Leading Packaging company who works with multinational customers from FMCG industries and export products to 30 countries”
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager of the organization, the person will be responsible for the following:
· Responsible for the coordination and follow-up, until shipment orders across all departments;
· Responsible for checking raw material availability ,forecast accuracy of the customer, chase the invoicing and payment of the customers ;
· Responsible for timely and accurate processing of order entries, order acknowledgements, price updates;
· Responsible for document sharing with the customers (packing list, invoices, certificates) etc;
· Responsible for maintaining contact with Customers and internal departments;
· Working closely with warehouses in Turkey for orders, stock levels checking and informing the Turkey Country Manager on weekly basis for what is coming and when.
Qualifications
· 4-year university degree (engineering is plus)
· Proficient in Word, excel, Outlook. Powerpoint
· Total of 2-4 years of experience
· Good understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain , customer service and production
· Strong analytical and commercial skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Project Management skills
· Customer Service ,Account management experience is a plus
· The ability and experience to work with people through other departments
· Knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus
· Fluent English is needed both writing and speaking
· Completed military service for male candidates.
