QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for an new R&D Technical Support Specialist!
Toyo Printing Inks, a subsidiary of Japan-based Toyo Ink Group as one of the world's largest ink manufacturers, ranks among the brands that shape up the ink industry in Turkey. Qualifications;
- Chemical Engineering, Chemistry degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to solve technical problems and analytical thinking.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferably SAP knowledge.
Job Description;
- To conduct customer visits related to domestic and international periodic, technical, sample tests, complaint evaluations/examinations, product presentations, and theoretical and/or practical training.
- Provide effective and prompt solutions to customer requests and issues.
- Present and explain technical details of our products to customers.
- Actively participate in R&D projects, collaborating within the team.
- Provide feedback in product development processes.
